By downloading, installing, or using MuteVocals ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for personal or commercial use in accordance with your subscription plan.

  • Free Plan: Limited to 5 vocal removal operations
  • Paid Plans: Unlimited vocal removal operations as per your subscription

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Software to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related materials are owned by MuteVocals and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any audio content using the Software.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Refund requests should be made through our support email.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MUTEVOCALS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
